Where do I deactivate a supplier in the app?

If you want to use a different supplier but your plan has reached the maximum number of suppliers, you'll first need to deactivate an existing supplier before you can connect the new one.

If you want to deactivate a supplier you need to do the following:

1. Delete all products, and wait for this to happen.

2. Look up the supplier on the 'browse supplier' page.

3. Deactivate the supplier by clicking the 'deactivate' button.
