Products don't appear/show in my import list

If you previously imported products using the selected categories on the settings page, then deleted the products, and now try to add products again, the import list may remain empty.

This happens because the previously selected categories are still selected in your settings. To resolve this, follow these steps:

  1. Deselect all categories in the settings.

  2. Wait 3 minutes.

  3. Then, select the desired categories again.

  4. Stay on this page for 3 minutes.

After this, the products will show within 15 min. If the importlist remains empty, then please contact support.
