How does the return process work?

At GOGETTERS we work with different suppliers, therefore the return process may look different.

Suppliers are not legally obliged to accept returns from B2B customers. Nevertheless, there are suppliers who offer this as an extra service, think of VidaXL.

To find out if your linked supplier accepts returns, navigate to the browse suppliers page. On this page you can see if a supplier accepts returns, if so there will be a green check mark behind 'returns'. If a supplier does not accept returns, there will be a red cross.

For the most up-to-date return conditions, we always recommend consulting the supplier. This can be done through the website of the supplier or by mail (the mail address can be found on the 'browse suppliers' page).

If your supplier does not accept returns you can choose to accept them yourself. You can add the returned products to your own stock.

The GOGETTERS app is only the link that allows you to connect a supplier to your web shop. The app is not responsible for processing returns.
