Tracking and fulfillment
The GOGETTERS app automatically uploads track & trace codes to your Shopify environment, as soon as the Track & Trace is provided by your supplier. Then Shopify automatically sends an email to your customer at that moment. Check the 'Order' page in our app. Is there no Track & Trace code on your order? Then it has not yet been made available by the supplier for this order.
Is there a Track & Trace code with your order in our app, but you don't see it in your order in Shopify? This is probably because you clicked on 'Request fulfillment', or that this is automatically turned on in your webshop.
Our app works with automatic fulfillment. Therefore you do not need to request fulfillment in Shopify. If you do, we can no longer automatically add a Track & Trace code to your order in Shopify. You can find it in our app and send it manually to your customer.
