Check the 'Order' tab in our app. If there's no Track & Trace code with your order, the supplier hasn't made it available yet.
The Track & Trace code for your order will be placed in an order note in your WooCommerce environment. If there's a Track & Trace code with your order in our app but you don't see it in your WooCommerce order, there might be various reasons, such as modifications made in WooCommerce by you or your developer.
