If products in your shop are showing as "sold out" when they are in stock, chances are that this is due to a missing or incorrect shipping profile. Follow these steps to solve the problem:
1. Go to your Shopify admin
Log in to your Shopify shop.
2. Click on 'Settings'
At the bottom of the left side menu.
3. Go to 'Shipping and delivery settings'.
4. Click 'General shipping rates'
Here you can see an overview of your active shipping profiles.
5. Click 'Add location'
Select the location of your supplier here, for example:
→ GOGETTERS - VidaXL
→ GOGETTERS - Van Der Meer
1. Click 'Done' or 'Save'
Now the supplier is linked to the shipping profile.
✨ Result: your products should now be correctly displayed as "in stock" in your webshop.
