It is important to have a customer account at Rollzone before you activate the supplier in our app. Don’t have an account yet? You can request one here.
You can install our app free of charge via this page on our website. Once you have opened the app, you can activate Rollzone as a supplier.
You can easily import products via the ‘products’ page in the app.
The automatic order processing function is enabled by default. Orders become visible in our portal within 5 minutes, where you can pay the order to Rollzone.
If you have Rollzone’s authorisation to pay for orders by bank transfer, please send this to us at [email protected]. We can then set this up.
Once an order has been dispatched by Rollzone, tracking information will be processed automatically. Some pallet carriers will not provide tracking information.
