About MAXECOM
MAXECOM is a one-click supplier on the GOGETTERS platform with 4070 products. MAXECOM is part of EDCO Eindhoven, an international trading company founded in 1978, and offers household and consumer products from well-known brands such as Alpina, Philips, Umbro and Grundig.
Requirements
You do not need your own account with MAXECOM. You do need the GOGETTERS app installed on your store, and MAXECOM reviews your shop before you can start selling. To be approved:
Your shop must be live and not password protected.
Your shop must look authentic and professional.
Your shop cannot be a marketplace.
When you activate MAXECOM, GOGETTERS shares your phone number and email address with the supplier.
How to activate
You can activate MAXECOM directly from the GOGETTERS app. Follow the steps in Activate a supplier (Shopify app).
Paying the supplier
MAXECOM is a one-click supplier. You pay for your orders through the GOGETTERS app, either per order or automatically. You do not need a separate payment arrangement with the supplier.

Delivery and track and trace
The average delivery time for MAXECOM is 2 days. Track and trace runs automatically through the GOGETTERS app: once the supplier ships an order, the tracking information is processed for you.
Good to know
Returns: MAXECOM does not accept returns.
Product feed: available in Dutch.
Marketplaces: listed as No in the app. Selling MAXECOM products on marketplaces is not allowed.
