Shipping costs and delivery times differ per supplier
There is no single, company-wide shipping cost or delivery time on GOGETTERS. Every supplier sets its own shipping rates and delivery times, and these can differ a lot between suppliers. Rates and delivery times you see for one supplier do not apply to another supplier.
Delivery times in the app are based on shipping to the Netherlands
Every supplier card in the app shows an average delivery time (for example "Average delivery time is 2 days"). This is one number per supplier, set by GOGETTERS, and it is based on shipping to a customer in the Netherlands.
The number is an average, not a guarantee, and it is the same for every product of that supplier.
It is not adjusted to the country of your shop or your customer. If you sell to other countries, allow for extra transit time on top of the number shown.
The app does not show delivery times per country or per product. Which countries a supplier ships to, and at what cost, is listed in the supplier's shipping rates.
Where to find the rates for your supplier
You can find the exact shipping costs and the countries a supplier ships to in two places:
In the GOGETTERS app, on the supplier's own settings page.
In that supplier's own help article, listed under Suppliers A-Z in this Help Center (for example "Dropshipping with [Supplier name]"), which lists the shipping costs per country and the average delivery time for that specific supplier.
Good to know
If you sell products from multiple suppliers, check the rates for each supplier separately. A rate for one supplier is not representative for another.

Want a more precise delivery estimate for a specific country or product? Ask the supplier directly; GOGETTERS does not have this information.
