Shipping costs and delivery times differ per supplier
There is no single, company-wide shipping cost or delivery time on GOGETTERS. Every supplier sets its own shipping rates and delivery times, and these can differ a lot between suppliers, and even between countries for the same supplier. Rates and delivery times you see for one supplier do not apply to another supplier.
Where to find the rates for your supplier
You can find the exact shipping costs and delivery times for a supplier in two places:
In the GOGETTERS app, on the supplier's own settings page.
In that supplier's own help article, listed under Suppliers A-Z in this Help Center (for example "Dropshipping with [Supplier name]"), which lists the shipping costs and average delivery time for that specific supplier.
Good to know
If you sell products from multiple suppliers, check the rates for each supplier separately. A rate for one supplier is not representative for another.
