About Orderchamp
Orderchamp is a wholesale marketplace for independent European brands: home, food, beauty, fashion, kids, kitchen and stationery. With the Orderchamp add-on you sell those products in your own store, without an Orderchamp account. You choose brands and products in GOGETTERS, orders are forwarded automatically and you pay per order in the app.
What the add-on includes
Access to Orderchamp's public catalogue. Brands that approve retailers first are not part of the add-on.
Up to 5 brands and 2,500 products in your store at the same time. You can switch brands at any time.
Product content in 8 languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish and Danish.
Automatic order processing and track and trace, like every supplier in GOGETTERS.
Costs
€69 per month, or €690 per year (two months free). The add-on comes on top of your GOGETTERS plan and also works on the free plan.
Per order you pay the product's purchase price plus a 2.75% Orderchamp processing fee on the order value. The fee is added automatically when you pay the order in the app.
The add-on is billed separately from your plan, through Mollie, and can be cancelled monthly.
Directly at Orderchamp, dropshipping costs €99 per month. Through GOGETTERS everything runs in one app for €69.
How to activate
Make sure your company details are complete in the app, including your VAT number. You can check them under Company details. Without them you cannot buy the add-on.
Open your GOGETTERS dashboard and choose the Orderchamp add-on.
Pick monthly or yearly and complete the payment.
Browse by category or brand and import products with one click.
Orders, payment, shipping and returns
No minimum order. You order per item, once your customer has ordered. You do not buy stock upfront.
Paying orders: you pay Orderchamp orders to the brands in the app, by iDEAL, credit card or PayPal. You can pay orders one by one or several at once.
Shipping: the brand ships itself, from within Europe. Delivery times differ per product and brand. We will show them in the app soon. The track and trace code is sent to your customer automatically.
Returns: differ per brand. In the app you can filter on brands that accept returns. Returns go to the brand.
