GOGETTERS is a platform, not a supplier
GOGETTERS is an app that connects your webshop (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or CCVShop) to European suppliers. We don't sell products ourselves. What the app does:
import supplier products into your store;
keep stock and prices in sync automatically;
forward your orders to the supplier automatically;
send the track and trace back to your store.
The supplier ships the order directly to your customer. You don't need to buy stock upfront: you order per item, after your customer has placed an order.
What it costs
Free plan: €0, up to 50 products and 1 supplier. Nothing is charged before your first sale.

Per order: you pay the supplier's purchase price plus their shipping cost.
Orderchamp add-on (optional): €69 per month, plus a 2.75% Orderchamp processing fee per order.
Browse suppliers and products for free
We don't put together product selections or quotes per SKU. Instead, you can install the app for free and browse all suppliers and products, with purchase prices, shipping rates per country and each supplier's return policy. That way you can check everything yourself before you choose a plan.
Two types of suppliers
One-Click Suppliers: you pay each order in the GOGETTERS app, after your customer has ordered.
Integrated Suppliers: you need your own business account with the supplier. You buy from them directly, under their terms, and pay them directly.

Shipping and delivery
Each supplier decides which countries it ships to, at what cost and with which delivery time. You can see this per supplier in the app. Read more in Shipping costs and delivery times per supplier.
Returns and refunds
Towards your customers, you are the seller. You are responsible for the EU right of withdrawal, the return policy you publish and refunds to your customers.
You buy from the supplier business-to-business. Suppliers are not legally obliged to accept returns from you, although many do. Their conditions can differ from what you must offer consumers.
GOGETTERS doesn't handle returns. We don't authorise, receive, inspect or credit returns.

Product information and compliance (GPSR)
Product data and images come from the supplier's product feed. As the seller, you remain responsible for meeting the product safety requirements (GPSR) for the products you offer. For product-specific documents, such as manufacturer or EU responsible-person details and safety warnings, please contact the supplier.
Agreements with suppliers
GOGETTERS can't make agreements on behalf of a supplier, such as custom return arrangements, extended return windows or written terms. For these, please contact the supplier directly.
