What is GOGETTERS and how does it work?

An overview of the GOGETTERS dropshipping platform: supported webshop platforms, supplier types, the import list and how orders are handled.

GOGETTERS is a dropshipping app that connects your webshop to European suppliers. You import their products into your shop, and when a customer places an order, GOGETTERS forwards it to the supplier, who ships it directly to your customer. You never hold stock yourself.

GOGETTERS itself does not ship any products: the app is the link between the supplier and your webshop, and delivery is handled by each supplier. Because you work with European suppliers, you benefit from fast delivery, return options and CE-certified products.

Which webshop platforms are supported?

GOGETTERS works with the following platforms:

Suppliers: integrated and one-click

GOGETTERS offers two types of suppliers:

  • Integrated supplier: a supplier for which you need to have an account with the supplier. Payments are made directly to the supplier.

  • One-click supplier: a supplier for which you don't need an account with the supplier. You can activate these suppliers with literally one click. Payments to the supplier are done through our app, after which the orders are handled by the supplier.

The import list

Products are not pushed to your shop automatically. You choose what to sell:

  1. Open Browse suppliers and activate a supplier.

  2. Search the supplier's products and click Add to import list on the products you want to sell.

  3. Open your Import list, check titles and prices, and click Import all (or import a selection).

Imported products appear in your shop with the supplier's stock levels, and GOGETTERS keeps prices and inventory up to date (depending on your subscription).

What happens when you receive an order?

When a customer places a paid order in your shop containing GOGETTERS products, the order is sent to GOGETTERS automatically. The supplier receives and ships the order, and when a tracking number is available it is sent back to your shop, so your customer receives track & trace information. For integrated suppliers you pay the supplier directly through your account with them; for one-click suppliers you pay through the GOGETTERS app.

Key terms at a glance

  • Supplier - the party that stocks and ships the products you sell.

  • Import list - your staging area: products you have selected but not yet pushed to your shop.

  • Product slots - the maximum number of product variants your subscription allows in your shop. See Supplier and product limits explained.

  • Orders - customer orders from your shop that GOGETTERS forwards to the supplier for fulfilment.
