Hosting & Servers

In WooCommerce, the success and speed of imports depend on the speed and specifications of your hosting package with your provider. Cheap and small hosting packages usually can't handle large imports. If an import fails due to this, the error message will be displayed in the import list.

Import Failed

You can filter in your import list by the 'Import failed' status. Hover over the red cross to see why the import failed. Often, this is because the product doesn't meet the minimum stock set or because it's a backorder product. You can adjust or make these settings available in the app's settings.

If you see a technical message on the red cross, such as an internal server error or a timeout, this is most likely related to an issue with your hosting provider. In that case, it's advisable to contact your hosting provider's support before reaching out to us. If your hosting provider doesn't find any issues, then contact us!
