Introduction

Requirements
In order to dropship with BigBuy, you will need the following:
A registration at the Chamber of Commerce and a VAT number
A paid business account at BigBuy
A paid GOGETTERS plan
An API key and a payment method at BigBuy
Telephone number required at checkout (BigBuy requires the customer's telephone number)
How to activate BigBuy
BigBuy is an integrated supplier: you activate it with the API key from your own BigBuy business account. For the general activation steps in the GOGETTERS app, see Activate a supplier (Shopify app).
Activate BigBuy in the GOGETTERS app.
Enter your API key (you will receive it from BigBuy as soon as you become a customer) in the settings of our app.
Also indicate which payment method you use.
Click 'Save' at the bottom right of the page. You are now fully connected to BigBuy's systems.
Paying the supplier
Orders are paid via the payment method you have set up at BigBuy. You select this payment method on the BigBuy settings page in the GOGETTERS app.
BigBuy supports bank transfer, PayPal and credit card. You select your payment method on the BigBuy settings page in the GOGETTERS app.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates depend on the destination and the products in the order. For the exact shipping costs, check your BigBuy account or contact BigBuy directly.
Delivery & track and trace
Delivery times differ per product; the average delivery time for BigBuy is 4 days. Track and trace runs automatically through the GOGETTERS app: once the supplier ships an order, the tracking information is processed for you.
