Introduction
vidaXL is a large European supplier whose entire range you can dropship through the GOGETTERS app, with competitive prices and reliable delivery. Dropshipping with vidaXL runs through its platform dropXL.com.
vidaXL offers a very large assortment in categories such as home and garden, furniture, pet supplies, sports, baby accessories, toys and DIY. Through the dropshippingXL programme you can sell in more than 30 countries; vidaXL has warehouses in the Netherlands, Poland, the UAE, Australia and the USA.
Requirements
To start dropshipping with vidaXL (via dropXL) you need:
Registration with the Chamber of Commerce
A valid VAT number (you can check its validity with the official VIES check)
A paid business account at dropXL.com
A paid GOGETTERS plan
Your email address + API key from dropXL
How to activate vidaXL
vidaXL is an integrated supplier: you activate it with the API key from your own dropXL business account. For the general activation steps in the GOGETTERS app, see Activate a supplier (Shopify app).
Register at dropXL.com. Create a paid account via dropXL.com. Once you have registered with dropXL, you will find your API key in your dropXL account.
Retrieve your API key. You will find this in your dropXL business account.
Activate vidaXL in the GOGETTERS app. Go to the settings tab (bottom left) in the GOGETTERS app and enter:

Once everything is correct, your webshop is linked to vidaXL via dropXL.
Paying the supplier
Orders are paid through your dropXL business account.
Shipping costs
vidaXL offers free shipping worldwide, with one exception: Australia. For Australian orders GOGETTERS built a separate shipping calculator app: vidaXL Australia Shipping.
Delivery & track and trace
Once orders have been successfully uploaded via our app, you can view them in your dropXL account under 'Unsubmitted Orders'. Confirm the order there, and vidaXL will ensure that the package is shipped quickly.
The average delivery time for vidaXL is 4 days. Track and trace runs automatically through the GOGETTERS app: once the supplier ships an order, the tracking information is processed for you.
Selling in multiple countries
Want to expand your vidaXL sales to other countries, for example Germany or France? With dropXL you take out a subscription per country. For each country you receive a separate API key, which you enter in our app. Orders are then routed automatically: we look at the country code of the delivery address and process the order with the matching API key.
You do not need to import your products twice: your current assortment can also ship to the extra countries.
Stock is the same for all of Europe, although prices can differ slightly per country.
