Once your import list is ready - prices checked, margins adjusted - you import the products into your webshop. See How the import list works. This works the same in the Shopify app and in the portal.
Import selected products
Open your Import List.
Tick the checkbox of every product you want to import. The bar above the table shows how many products are selected.
Click Import selected.
Import everything at once
Open your Import List.
Click Import all at the top of the page.
Confirm in the Import products dialog. It explains: "This will change the status to 'pending import' for all products on all pages." and "Please don't close this page. This process might take up to 30 seconds per 1000 products."
Click Import.
What happens next
Each product's status changes from In import list to Pending import: the product is queued and will be created in your webshop automatically. See Product statuses explained.
Products are created with all their linked variants, the stock level from the supplier, and the status you chose under New product status (Active or Draft) in the supplier settings. See Supplier settings explained.
You do not have to wait on the page once the statuses say Pending import - the actual upload runs in the background. For Shopify stores you can expect roughly 7,500 products per hour, and it is often faster. Other platforms are slower and depend on your shop's hosting.
If a product could not be imported, its status becomes Not imported with the reason shown next to it. See Product statuses explained.
Product limit
Your subscription includes a maximum number of products in your shop. The limit is checked during import: products that no longer fit are not uploaded and you will see the Product limit reached message. Upgrade your subscription or remove other products to make room. See Remove products.
Products from too many suppliers
If your import list contains products from more suppliers than your plan allows, the "Choose which suppliers to import" panel appears first. Select the supplier(s) to import, or upgrade your plan. See How the import list works.
Cancel a pending import
Changed your mind? While a product is still Pending import you can cancel it from the product card (in the portal: Click here to cancel); it then returns to In import list.
