By default, GOGETTERS imports a supplier's products with their options (for example size or color) grouped together as variants on a single product, the same way you would normally see this in your shop.
Want single products instead?
Some dropshippers prefer every option to become its own separate product, without variants. This is not a setting you can change yourself in the app; there is no toggle for it in the supplier settings. Contact [email protected] and we will set this up for you.
Good to know
This setting applies to new imports only. Products you already imported keep their current structure; they are not automatically restructured. If you want existing products changed too, you need to remove them from your import list and re-import them.
The setting is all or nothing for a supplier: either all of that supplier's products are imported with variants, or all of them as single products. A mix, some products with variants and others without, is not supported.
