GOGETTERS gives you one search page for all products from your available suppliers. From here you filter, compare prices and add products to your import list. In the Shopify app you find it under Products in the app navigation; in the portal click Search products on your dashboard.
The search filters
Combine any of these filters and click Search:
Select supplier (optional) - limit results to one supplier. Your active suppliers are listed at the top.
Search (keyword) - search by product title. Use at least three characters, otherwise you see "Please type at least three characters". Tip: if your keyword is exactly a brand name, we automatically search that brand; if you type a 12 or 13 digit number, we treat it as an EAN.
Select category (optional) - supplier categories load after you pick a supplier; only categories that contain products are shown.
Select brand (optional) - brands load after you pick a supplier.
SKU (optional) and EAN (optional) - find one exact product.
Min. inventory - only show products with at least this much stock.
Minimum price and Maximum price - filter on price range.
New since - the dropdown with Show everything, New since yesterday, New in the last 7 days and New in the last 30 days shows only recently added products. Great for spotting new arrivals from your suppliers.
If you search without any criteria you see "Please enter some search criteria."; if nothing matches: "No products found. Please change your search criteria."
The product cards
Results are shown as cards per product variant (for example per size). Each card shows the image, brand, B2B price (excl. VAT - your purchase price), Suggested Retail Price, SKU, EAN and the stock level ({n} in stock or Sold out). Click a card for more details.
The button on the card depends on the product's status:
Add to import list - add the product (and its linked variants) to your import list. See How the import list works.
Activate supplier - you have not activated this supplier yet; click to open the supplier page. See Activate a supplier (Shopify app).
In import list / Pending import / Delete - the product is already in your import list or shop. See Product statuses explained.
For one-click suppliers that require approval, cards show "Awaiting supplier approval." while your request is still pending, and adding is disabled. See Suppliers that require approval.
Add a whole page at once
When you filter on one of your active suppliers, an extra button appears above the results: Add page to import list. It moves all products on the current page to your import list. As the confirmation dialog says: "Please note that it might take up to five minutes for the products to show up in your import list."
Top sellers
When you open the search page without filters, we show the best-selling products across the platform from the last 14 days - a quick way to find proven products.
Per-supplier product page
From a supplier card, click View products (Shopify app) or All {supplierName} products (portal) to browse only that supplier's assortment, with the supplier's shipping and returns information next to the results.
Good to know
You are allowed to use the suppliers' product images in your advertisements, for example on Google and Facebook. We do recommend also advertising with your own content, so you can stand out from your competitors.
