To use VidaXL as a supplier, you need a paid subscription with VidaXL (dropshippingxl.com). Once you have requested an account for this, you will receive an XML URL by email from VidaXL. You will need this along with the API key. This API key can be found in your account at VidaXL. Click 'Save' at the bottom right of the page.
Connect VidaXL to your webshop with the GOGETTERS app
Activate VidaXL in the GOGETTERS app. Enter your email address, API key and XML URL at VidaXL, in the settings of our app (bottom left tab). Do these details match the details you have at VidaXL? Then you are fully linked to VidaXL's systems!
Checklist for dropshipping with VidaXL
To dropship with VidaXL, you need the following:
A registration with the Chamber of Commerce and a VAT number
A paid VidaXL business account
A paid GOGETTERS plan
An email address, XML URL (from VidaXL) and an API key (from VidaXL)
If orders are successfully uploaded, you can see them in your VidaXL account (b2b.vidaxl.com)under 'unsubmitted orders'. Here you can confirm the order, then VidaXL will ship the package as soon as possible.
