We always recommend doing a test order. This way you can see how the app works, but also see how your customers experience the ordering process.

Have you received an order for a product imported from the GOGETTERS app? Then you will see this order in the 'Orders' tab in our app. You can see your order there within 5 minutes.

Orders for integrated suppliers

Do you see at your order the status 'Order sent successful'? Then it has been sent to your supplier. You can find the order in your account at the supplier. Do you see an error? Then this probably has to do with missing data. In the GOGETTERS app you can see in the settings of the supplier which data you need.

Orders for one-click suppliers

Orders for one-click suppliers must always be paid in advance to the supplier in our app. Have you paid the order? Then the supplier can start shipping your order to your customer.

Are you a WooCommerce user and you don't see an order? Then see if your environment has sent a webhook. If you still haven't found the problem, ask us for help.
