We recommend making a test order to understand how the app works and to experience your customers' ordering process.
If you receive an order for a product imported from the GOGETTERS app, you'll see it in the 'Orders' tab in our app. Your order should be visible there within 5 minutes.
For Integrated Suppliers
If your order status says 'Order sent successful,' it has been forwarded to your supplier. You'll find the order in your account with the supplier. If you see an error, it's likely due to missing data. Refer to the section for details on properly linking your supplier.
For One-Click Suppliers
Orders from one-click suppliers must be paid within our app to the supplier beforehand. After payment, the supplier will ship the order to your customer.
