How do we handle products that disappear from the supplier's product feed?
Products that are removed from the product feed by the supplier remain in our system for 90 days. After these 90 days, we remove them from our database.
In the app, you can set the number of days after which an expiring product may be removed from your shop. This setting is set to 7 days by default, but you can increase it yourself.
If you set this preference to 90 days or longer, please note that we will no longer be able to manage the product after 90 days. If you still want to remove it after that, you can only do so via your webshop's management environment (i.e. no longer via the GOGETTERS app).
You can find this setting on the settings page for each activated supplier.
