If products in your webshop are displayed as "sold out" when they are in stock, chances are it is due to a missing or incorrect shipping profile. Follow these steps to solve the problem:

Go to your Shopify admin
Log in to your Shopify shop.Click on 'Settings'
At the bottom of the left side menu.Go to 'Shipping and delivery settings'
Click on 'General shipping profile'
Here you can see an overview of your active shipping profiles.Click on 'Add location'
Select your supplier's location here, for example:
→ GOGETTERS - VidaXL
→ GOGETTERS - Van Der Meer
Click on 'Done' or 'Save'
Now the supplier is linked to the shipping profile.
✨ Result: your products should now display correctly as "in stock" in your webshop.
For Prestashop users
When using the GOGETTERS plugin in Prestashop, imported products may initially display as 'stock 0'. Within an hour, this stock status will be updated to the correct value, provided the correct settings are configured in the plugin.
