Every supplier on GOGETTERS is one of two types: a One-Click Supplier or an Integrated Supplier. The type tells you what you need to do before you can start selling that supplier's products. On the Browse suppliers page, every supplier card shows a badge with the type.
The two types at a glance
One-Click Supplier - a supplier that sells directly through the GOGETTERS platform. You do not need an account with the supplier; activate and start importing right away. You pay these suppliers per order through a payment link, or with an optional prepaid balance if the supplier offers one. You can set an email reminder for unpaid orders under Open payment notification in the supplier settings.
Integrated Supplier - a supplier connected through their own product feed or API. You connect an integrated supplier with your own account or API details at that supplier: after activating, you enter your own login details or API key on the supplier's settings page. Billing for orders runs through your own account with the supplier. See Suppliers that need your own account (integrated suppliers).
Some one-click suppliers require approval
Some one-click suppliers require approval before you can start selling their products. You submit a request, and the supplier reviews your webshop before you can start selling. See Suppliers that require approval.
What this means for your subscription
Your GOGETTERS subscription determines how many suppliers you can have active at the same time. There are separate limits for integrated suppliers and one-click suppliers, plus a combined total. If you try to activate a supplier beyond your limit, you will see one of these messages:
You have reached the maximum number of integrated suppliers.
You have reached the maximum number of one-click suppliers.
In that case you can either deactivate a supplier you no longer use, or upgrade your subscription. See Deactivate a supplier.
Where to see a supplier's type
In the Shopify app: go to Suppliers in the app navigation. Each card shows the One-Click Supplier or Integrated Supplier badge. Open a supplier to see its details, including whether it requires an account or approval.
In the portal (WooCommerce, Prestashop, CCVShop): go to Browse suppliers from the dashboard. Each card shows the same badge, and the supplier's page tells you whether an account or approval is needed.
