Connect your CCVShop store

How to connect a CCVShop store to GOGETTERS via the CCVShop app store, and how the order webhooks work.

CCVShop stores connect to GOGETTERS through the GOGETTERS app in the CCVShop app store. After installation you manage suppliers, products and orders in the GOGETTERS portal.

Installation steps

  1. In your CCVShop admin, open the app store and install the GOGETTERS app.

  2. CCVShop sends your shop's API credentials (a public API key and secret) to GOGETTERS automatically. This is the "handshake" that creates your GOGETTERS account and links it to your shop.

  3. GOGETTERS then confirms the installation with CCVShop and you are logged in to the GOGETTERS portal automatically.

  4. In the portal, complete your company details and VAT number before activating suppliers. See Company details and VAT number.

Webhooks: how your orders reach GOGETTERS

During installation, GOGETTERS registers webhooks in your CCVShop store for:

  • orders.created - new orders,

  • orders.updated - order changes (for example when an order gets paid),

  • domains.updated - changes to your shop domain.

Through these webhooks your orders are sent to GOGETTERS automatically. Only paid orders are processed and forwarded to the supplier; unpaid orders are ignored until they are paid.

Uninstalling

If you uninstall the GOGETTERS app in CCVShop, the connection is deactivated and no new products or orders are exchanged. Reinstalling the app restores the connection to the same shop.
