How to reach GOGETTERS support via the chat in the app, and which information to include so we can help you quickly.

Can't find the answer in our help articles? Our support team is happy to help. The fastest way to reach us is the chat inside the GOGETTERS app.

Start a chat

  1. Open the GOGETTERS app (in your Shopify admin, or in the GOGETTERS portal for other platforms).

  2. Click the chat bubble in the bottom corner of the screen.

  3. Describe your question and send the message. You will receive our reply in the same chat window and by email.

Include this information

The more context you give us, the faster we can help. Please include where relevant:

  • Order questions: the order number as shown on the Orders page (and the Shopify order name, e.g. #1001), plus the supplier name.

  • Product questions: a link to the product in your shop and/or the SKU, and the supplier name.

  • Error messages: a screenshot of the message and the page you were on.

  • Import questions: the supplier and the categories or products involved.

  • Your shop URL, if you manage more than one store.
