How you pay for GOGETTERS depends on your platform. This article explains where your charges appear, where to find your invoices and how to settle an outstanding balance.
Shopify stores: billing through Shopify
If you use the GOGETTERS app on Shopify, your subscription (and any one-time setup fee) is billed through Shopify billing. You approve every charge on a Shopify confirmation screen, and the amounts appear on your regular Shopify invoice - you can find those invoices in your Shopify admin under your Shopify billing settings. GOGETTERS does not send separate subscription invoices to Shopify users.
Note: payments to one-click suppliers for your orders are separate from your subscription and are paid through the app.
WooCommerce, Prestashop and CCVShop: billing through Mollie
Portal stores pay their GOGETTERS subscription through Mollie, our payment provider. When you take out a subscription you complete a first payment via the Mollie checkout; recurring charges are then collected automatically. Prices in the portal are shown including VAT where applicable - your VAT number determines whether VAT is charged. See Company details and VAT number.
Finding your invoices (portal)
Open the Company details page in the portal.
Click the Invoices button at the top of the page.
You see an overview of your invoices and can download each invoice as a PDF.
Outstanding balance (portal)
If a payment fails or an invoice remains unpaid, the portal shows the Overdue Payment page: "According to our records, you have an overdue payment of EUR (amount)."
Check the amount. If you think this is a mistake, contact support.
Click Pay now. You are taken to a Mollie checkout to pay the open amount.
After a successful payment, the amount is allocated to your open invoices and your recurring subscription is restarted automatically.
