GOGETTERS offers several subscriptions. The biggest differences per subscription are the number of suppliers you can link and the maximum number of products you can import into your webshop. This article explains how the plans are structured and what each plan feature means. For current plans and prices, always check the plans page in the app - open the dashboard and click Change subscription (Shopify app) or Subscribe (portal). You can also find the current prices on our prices page.

What varies per plan

Each plan on the plans page lists what it includes:

Maximum number of product variants - your product slots: how many product variants can be in your shop at the same time. See Supplier and product limits explained.
Integrated suppliers - how many integrated suppliers you can have active.
One-click suppliers - how many one-click suppliers you can have active.
Product import - importing products from the import list into your shop.
Inventory updates - automatic stock synchronisation from the supplier to your shop. Not included in every plan.
Price updates - automatic price updates when supplier prices change.
Order processing with track and trace - orders are forwarded to the supplier automatically and tracking numbers are sent back to your shop. Not included in every plan.
Advanced price margins - advanced pricing rules for fine-grained control over your margins. Only in the higher plans.
Product bundles - selling multiple supplier products as one bundle. Only available on plans that include this feature.

Free plan

There is a free plan with a small product limit (50 products) and one supplier, so you can test GOGETTERS without paying. The free plan stays valid for as long as you like; paid plans add more product and supplier slots.

Monthly or yearly?

You can choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly subscriptions come with two advantages: you pay comparatively less - a yearly subscription is effectively two months free (the plans page shows the toggle "Yearly - no setup fee + 17% discount" and the exact amount you save per plan) - and the setup fee is waived when you choose a yearly subscription directly.

Setup fee

Monthly plans have a one-time startup fee of EUR 99 on top of the first billing period. You pay it only once: if you have already paid it (or already had a paid subscription), it is not charged again when you switch plans. Yearly subscriptions have no startup fee. On Shopify, the startup fee appears on your first invoice as a "usage charge". The fee is also shown on the plans page before you confirm.

Starter subscriptions

Some plans are starter subscriptions: introductory plans that are only available to stores that have never had a paid subscription before. Once you have had a paid plan, starter plans no longer appear on your plans page.

One subscription per webshop

A subscription applies to one webshop. Do you want to connect multiple shops, or use GOGETTERS on multiple (sub)domains? Then each shop or (sub)domain needs its own subscription. You can also use the Free plan for additional shops to keep your costs low.

How billing works

Shopify: subscriptions are billed through Shopify. You approve every charge on a Shopify confirmation screen and the amount appears on your regular Shopify invoice.
WooCommerce, Prestashop and CCVShop: subscriptions are billed through Mollie, our payment provider, and you receive invoices from GOGETTERS. See Invoices and payment.
