The dashboard is the home screen of the GOGETTERS app. This article explains each block. The screenshots and block names below are from the Shopify app; the portal dashboard for WooCommerce, Prestashop and CCVShop shows similar blocks (statistics, orders, new products and news).
Setup guide
New stores see the Setup guide at the top: three steps (check your company details, activate a supplier, import your first product) with a progress indicator. You can collapse or dismiss the guide once you're done. See Your first steps after installing GOGETTERS.
Product history and Summary
The Product history chart shows how your product statuses developed over the past days, so you can see imports and updates progressing. Next to it, the Summary table shows how many of your products are in each status (such as "In import list", "Pending import", "In shop" and "Not imported"). From here you can jump straight to Search products or View import list.
Products with the status "Not imported" failed to import; open the import list to see the reason per product.
Active suppliers
The Active suppliers block lists the suppliers you have activated, with a shortcut to each supplier's Settings. Use Add supplier to open the supplier overview and activate more suppliers (within your subscription limits). See Supplier and product limits explained.
Usage and Product slots
The Usage block shows your Product slots: how many of your subscription's product slots are used and how many are still available. When you have used more than 80% of your limit, the dashboard shows a warning ("You have used more than 80% of your limit.") with a link to upgrade. The Change subscription button takes you to the plans page. See Subscriptions and what they include.
Recent orders
The Recent orders block shows your five most recent orders with date, supplier and status (for example "Order sent successful"). Click View all orders for the full order overview with details and track & trace information.
News and product suggestions
The News block shows the latest GOGETTERS updates - new suppliers, features and announcements. Click More news for the full news overview. Below that, the dashboard can show a product carousel ("Perhaps these products are of interest to you") with new products from your suppliers; click See all products to browse further.
