Need your import list in a spreadsheet - for example to review margins in Excel or share your assortment with someone? You can export the list to a CSV file. The export runs in the background and we email you a download link when it is ready.
Export your import list
Open your Import List in the GOGETTERS Shopify app. See How the import list works.
Optional: filter first. The export respects your current Supplier and Status filters, so you can export just one supplier or only products with a certain status.
Click Export.
You see the confirmation: "Your export is being prepared. We will email you a download link when it is ready."
The email and download link
When the file is ready you receive an email with the subject "Import list export". It contains the message "Your import list export is ready." and your download link. This link expires after three days, so download the file in time. If the export could not be created, the email explains the reason instead - try again or contact support.
The email is sent to your company email address as registered with GOGETTERS.
What is in the CSV file
The file contains one row per product with these columns:
SKU - the product's SKU.
Barcode - the EAN.
Cost - your purchase (B2B) price.
SRP - the supplier's suggested retail price.
My price - your own selling price from the import list.
Inventory - the current stock at the supplier.
Status - the product's status, for example In import list or In shop. See Product statuses explained.
The file is UTF-8 encoded and opens directly in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
Importing a CSV file into GOGETTERS?
The export only works one way: it is not possible to import products into the app with your own CSV file. You can only work with the suppliers connected to our app, which you can find on the Browse suppliers page. Suppliers can deliver their products via CSV; if you want to add your products as a supplier, contact our support team.
The export is available in the Shopify app only; the portal import list does not have an Export button.
