Activate a supplier (WooCommerce / Prestashop / CCVShop portal)

How to activate a supplier in the GOGETTERS portal for WooCommerce, Prestashop and CCVShop stores, and what to expect after activation.

If your webshop runs on WooCommerce, Prestashop or CCVShop, you manage your suppliers in the GOGETTERS portal. This article shows you how to activate a supplier there. Using Shopify? Read the Shopify app version of this article instead. See Activate a supplier (Shopify app).

Activate a supplier

  1. Log in to the portal and open your dashboard.

  2. Click Browse suppliers.

  3. Find the supplier you want. Each card shows the number of products, the average delivery time, available feed languages, and a badge (One-Click Supplier or Integrated Supplier). Active suppliers are listed under Active, the rest under Inactive.

  4. Click the supplier to open its page. Here you find the supplier's details: contact information, shipping information, whether the supplier Accepts returns, whether Marketplaces are allowed and whether Automatic order processing is supported.

  5. Click Activate supplier. Some one-click suppliers require approval before you can start selling; for those the button says Request instead. See Suppliers that require approval.

  6. Some suppliers offer their feed in multiple languages; in that case pick a language in the Choose language dialog first.

After activating, you see "You have successfully activated the supplier." and you are taken to the supplier's products so you can start searching and adding products to your import list. See Find products to sell.

What happens after activation

  • The supplier is added with default settings: automatic product updates, automatic ordering and automatic fulfilment are on, and discontinued products are removed from your shop after 7 days. Adjust this on the supplier's Settings page. See Supplier settings explained.

  • For integrated suppliers you still need to enter the account details you received from the supplier before imports and orders can run. See Suppliers that need your own account (integrated suppliers).

  • CCVShop stores: products are imported without variants, so each size or colour becomes a separate product in your shop.

  • WooCommerce stores: you can map supplier categories to your own store categories so imported products land in the right place. See Map supplier categories to your own (portal).

Supplier limit reached?

Your subscription determines how many suppliers you can activate at the same time. If the supplier does not fit your plan, you see a dialog: "Please upgrade your subscription" - "To activate this supplier, you need to upgrade your subscription." with a View subscriptions button. You may also see:

  • You have reached the maximum number of integrated suppliers.

  • You have reached the maximum number of one-click suppliers.

Deactivate a supplier you no longer use to free up a slot. See Deactivate a supplier., or upgrade your subscription.

Reactivating a supplier

If you previously deactivated a supplier and activate it again, your earlier configuration is restored and you see "You have successfully reactived this supplier." If the supplier is already active, the portal shows "This supplier is already active." and opens the supplier's products.
